1. 1.1BuildMigo Ltd. provides web design, development and website maintenance services.
2. 1.2All services are provided after an initial conversation and on individually agreed terms.

1. 2.1You may browse the site and get in touch with us through the contact form.
2. 2.2You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to interfere with its security or operation, and not to reproduce its content without our permission.

1. 3.1Sending an inquiry through the site does not constitute a contract and creates no obligation for either you or us.
2. 3.2Every project starts with a conversation and an analysis of your goals and needs, which form the basis for defining the scope of work, the timeline and the price.
3. 3.3The specific services, timelines, prices and payment terms are agreed separately and in writing for each project. These individual agreements take precedence over these terms.

1. 4.1Websites are built after an initial analysis, to a scope agreed in advance and on terms confirmed in writing.
2. 4.2Maintenance covers the agreed scope of updates, security work and fixes for technical problems. Changes to the design or content beyond what was agreed are arranged separately.
3. 4.3Delivery timelines depend on you providing information and materials on time. Delays caused by incomplete or late information extend the timelines accordingly.

1. 5.1Prices are set individually for each project and confirmed in writing.
2. 5.2Payment terms are agreed between the parties before work begins.

1. 6.1All content on the site - text, design, graphics, logo and code - is the property of BuildMigo Ltd. or is used with permission, and may not be copied or used commercially without prior written consent.
2. 6.2Rights to the materials produced for a client are governed by the individual contract for that project.

1. 7.1We reserve the right to update these terms. The current version is always available on the site, with the date of the last change shown.

1. 8.1These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement and, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.
